Great staff good prices quality work. Had my puppies ears docked. Doc did a great job . I highly recommend them.

Helouin's has been our family Vet for decades and bringing in my new Storm Chaser pup for her first visit with them went great. Dr. Brent was fantastic along with his staff. The ladies up front were all great despite being swamped with pet emergencies that morning. Dr. Carl is my usual Vet Doc there but his brother Brent is just as good and have had zero issues. Overall great experience and decent prices too!!

These amazing people are the absolute best. They truly care for the animals. I had my Bailey for 16 years and he got very sick. They diagnosed things on him i had no clue he had been suffering from for a while because other vets didn't catch it. Sadly we didn't catch them in time but they did everything to make sure he wasn't hurting and helped me. Their kindness is very comforting. Now I have a new puppy, Denver, and they were once again just amazing in their care for her and talked through everything with me. They are more pricey than Associated Vet but the care and knowledge they have is priceless. I will never take my babies to another vet. I have complete trust in these people and all they do. And thank them for all they do.

Brought in my ailing cat, Blackie, after quite and extensive conversation explaining test results and what May or may not help, we decided the best result was to euthanize my sweet boy, he was almost 18:years old and his back legs just stopped working in just days. The decision was so difficult but, the vet and vet associates were so comforting. When we went to pick up his ashes, they were in a beautiful carved wooden box, I will have a brass plate made to commemorate my sweet big boy.

I’ve been coming here for years with different pets, and I can honestly say this is the best vet in Louisiana. They’re old school in the best way. They arent out to make money off sick pets. I always know my animals will be listened to and cared for. The staff is wonderful too! You might wait a bit even with an appointment, but that’s only because they don’t rush through visits. They take their time with every animal, and it really shows how much they care.

Good decision for my cat's care...the vet, Dr. Meena, actually spent nearly an hour with us obviously taking time to hear my concerns and examine the cat thoroughly. Very glad that we have moved on from our prior DVM (at whose office we generally got about 10 minutes of their time and never saw the same vet twice). Would recommend Helouin.

We were passing through the area for a delivery when our dog developed a swollen ear that was bothering him. I called Helouin Veterinary Hospital, and they were able to get us in the same day. Dr. Phillip Cancilleri examined and treated our dog, and everyone was friendly, professional, and caring. We were in and out in less than two hours. As over-the-road travelers, we truly appreciated the prompt care and would highly recommend them. 🐾

Our first visit, couldn’t be any better! The staff is so caring and professional. Our vet “Dr Cashiola” was the Best! Our three fur babies had perfect care. Carlie held our babies and assisted perfectly! Very pleasurable experience for us all! Happy customers! Keep up the great work !
